Time for the Stars is one of Heinlein’s classic "Scribner’s juveniles". The plot follows identical telepathic twins, Tom and Pat Bartlett, one of whom joins a deep-space exploration mission looking for new habitable planets. Because the ship travels close to the speed of light, the twins experience the famous relativistic "twin paradox": the twin aboard the ship remains young while his brother on Earth ages normally through the generations, using their instantaneous telepathic bond for mission communications.
